Enjoy a family fun celebration in honor of the Month of the Young Child - brought to you by Parenting Communities & the Leelanau Children's Center.

April is the month we celebrate the young children, their families, educators, caregivers, and supporters in our community, so we are inviting families with young children to the Leelanau Children's Center on Saturday, April 22nd, for a morning of family fun starting with snacks, arts & crafts, & music from local artist Joshua Davis from 10-11am. Then from 11am-12pm we will parade from the Children's Center through Leland and wind up at the Village Green to celebrate our community's young children. They will have some noisemakers to share but please feel free to bring your own instruments, banners, flags, etc. that you would like to parade with. All Leelanau County families with children ages 0-6 are welcome!
